I, Paula Sillas. Agree to sell a Puppy male/female on the following conditions.  Purchaser agrees to accept full responsibility for the full care and expenses, including all veterinary, medical, maintenance, training and general health, as well as all exercise.  Seller will not pay any medical or health care once puppy leaves sellers.

SELLERS GUARANTEE

That the puppy is in good health to the best of seller’s knowledge, at the time of the sale.

The puppy will have all its age appropriate immunizations and de-worming.  

ALSO: I go by the standard Chihuahua Chart as far as full grown size, this to can be off.  Please make sure that you understand that we do not have the complete and exact guide to how big the dog may or may not be.
